Batou® RSM-30VThe series of weld penetration microscopes, converted by photoelectric technology, are suitable for detecting various types of overlap, welding, and other fusion depths. Compare and measure the weld penetration depth, width, and other data of different welded seams to verify their quality. Depth of fusion refers to the depth at which the base metal or previous weld seam melts on the cross-section of a welded joint. The microstructure of the area between the base metal and the weld seam, where the same material but different materials are connected together by welding, is called the welding penetration depth. The quality and comprehensive mechanical properties, mechanical properties, failure, etc. of the welded product are closely related to the size of the welding penetration depth.
